Common topics
- Sign in / password: Use “Forgot password” on the login screen, or Sign in with Apple / Google if you registered that way.
- Email verification: Check spam for the confirmation email after sign-up, then open the link on your iPhone.
- Credits & subscriptions: Purchases are processed by Apple. Manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- Restore purchases: Open the paywall in the app while signed in; subscription status syncs when the store connection is active.
- AI generation failed: Try a more specific topic, check your credit balance, and ensure you have a stable internet connection.
- Delete account / data: Email us at the address above with your request.
